1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BusinessGPS.ai and all products and services provided by Techshifts Media Limited (trading as BusinessGPS.ai), a company registered in England & Wales ("we", "us", "our").

By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Pricing

We offer the following products:

All prices are in GBP. UK VAT will be added where applicable. Prices may be updated from time to time; the price at the time of purchase applies.

3. Digital Product Licence

When you purchase a digital product (Athena V3 Foundations or Personal), you receive:

  • A personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the product
  • Access for the duration specified on the product page (7-day or 30-day support window)
  • Lifetime access to your completed assessment and outputs

You may not:

  • Share your access credentials with others
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product
  • Use the product to create competing services
  • Reverse-engineer or extract the underlying methodology for commercial use

4. Programme Terms

For facilitated programmes (Start Right-30, Throughput-90, OpsMax-360):

  • Cohort dates and schedules will be communicated upon enrolment
  • Attendance and participation are the responsibility of the purchaser
  • Missed sessions may not be rescheduled outside of the programme timeline
  • OpsMax-360 scope adjustments are available after initial purchase

5. AI-Powered Tools & Human Decision Authority

Our services include AI-enabled tools such as Athena, Sophina, and other AI co-pilots. These tools provide analytical and decision-support assistance only. They do not replace human judgment or professional expertise.

You remain solely responsible for:

  • Evaluating all outputs generated by AI tools
  • Determining suitability of AI outputs for your intended use
  • Making all operational, financial, strategic, or regulatory decisions

Outputs generated by AI systems may contain inaccuracies and must be reviewed by qualified personnel before acting on them.

6. Third-Party AI Providers

Certain AI features may operate through external AI providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic). Interactions with those systems occur directly between you and the AI provider and are governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

BusinessGPS.ai does not control or store those AI interactions.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Athena V3 (Foundations & Personal)

30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, email us for a full refund. No questions asked.

7.2 Start Right-30

Full refund available up to 14 days before your cohort start date. After the cohort begins, refunds are at our discretion based on participation and circumstances.

7.3 Throughput-90

Full refund available up to 14 days before programme start. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis after the programme begins.

7.4 OpsMax-360

Refund terms are agreed as part of your custom scope agreement. Contact your success manager for details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, methodologies, software, and materials provided through BusinessGPS.ai remain the intellectual property of Techshifts Media Limited. This includes but is not limited to:

  • The O2O Framework (27-step methodology)
  • The Transformation Capability Management (TCM) framework
  • Athena V3 AI co-pilot and all associated prompts
  • Success Map scoring and assessment methodology
  • All written content, graphics, and design elements

Your data is yours. All assessment responses, Success Maps, and outputs generated from your input remain your property. You may export, share, and use your outputs freely.

9. Limitation of Liability

BusinessGPS.ai provides transformation assessment and advisory tools. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our products are designed to support decision-making, not replace professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on assessment outputs

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

10. Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment details. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

11. Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of unauthorised access to your account.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if you breach these Terms. In such cases, refunds will be at our discretion.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
